LIFE GOALS POST! can be fashion related or not

I just passed the Nursing Licensure Exam!

GOALS:

as of now the only thing I can think of is to take an MSN
fashion wise...to finally say "I can afford Balenciaga" never forget

are you the kind of person who plans everything in their life?
or just goes with the flow and takes all the chances given to them?
